ASMR ADHD/ASD Assessment (softly spoken roleplay, testing you, questions, colours and lights)

Secondly, despite lots of guesses to the contrary from you lovely lot, I am not an actual doctor, so if any of what you see here resonates with you or you think you might want to get yourself tested for ADHD or ASD then please seek professional help - this video is to help you relax, unfortunately I can't help with a diagnosis.

What I can do though is to guide you through three questionnaires, a quick change to name some colours and some follow the light fun in the name of chilling out.
