So, yeah, about this video. The number of stray cats in Japan is uncountable and annoying. They're arguably a plague, leaving their droppings everywhere and filling the night with their crying-baby-like moans. Anyway, while you'll see plasic bottles filled with water all over Japan, you don't usually see more than 4 or 5 at once. I've NEVER seen anything like this before.
