ASMR | Happy Mother’s Day!! | What I Made for Dinner | Taco Beef Hashbrown | Headphones Suggested 😋💗

Happy Mother’s Day everyone! This video is a little different from my normal videos, as I am making dinner on Mother’s Day!!! I’ve been asked several times to make a video on my recipes, so here is the first...with an appearance by Buddy! 😋💕✨

Easy Taco Beef Hashbrown Dinner by Tam 💗

2 pounds of ground beef
2 Taco Seasoning packets
1/2 bag of frozen diced hashbrowns
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Shredded cheese (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

Brown the ground beef, drain. Add 2 taco seasoning packets and 1 cup water. Mix thoroughly. Add frozen diced hashbrowns and mix in. Season with a few dashes of salt. Cover and cook on low to medium, covered, until hashbrowns are cooked through (approximately 15 minutes).

For added flavor, add shredded cheese, sour cream and whatever other toppings, to enjoy!

I paired this dinner with baked sweet potatoes!
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and cut up sweet potato. Toss with avocado or olive oil and salt.
Lay sweet potato on a baking sheet with parchment paper and cook in oven for 20 minutes.
