[ASMR] Hypnotherapy for Perfectionism

Your daily dose of sleep, compassion and good wholesome tingles. I created this specific hypnosis roleplay for people like me. My fellow overthinkers and overworkers who are used to damn near killing themselves to be barely acceptable. Who have such high standards for themselves they dread getting out of bed. And those whose impossible expectations have caused them to withdraw from their own lives. But really, anyone can benefit from what I intend for this video to do. I created this roleplay to help restore your self-worth and return you to your humanity. To help you feel more at ease inside yourself and relax a little. Not have to take everything so seriously. In a perfect world, I want this video to help you discover what it's like to be content just being human. I believe that is the basis for a peaceful life. For resiliency, compassion, relief. But that might just be me overthinking. Listen, I'm trying to word this description as unpretentiously as possible but I don't think I'm doing a great job. And anyway, I probably need this more than anyone I know. But if somehow someway my work gives you so much as a good night's rest, maybe even a little peace of mind, I'll be happy.
