I hope you've all had a lovely week so far!

I'm not going to lie... the beginning of this week has been a little tough mentally. Nothing bad happened at all, but I just felt really low on energy and completely unmotivated for a few days. I think sometimes our minds just need a little reset (even when life is going well :))

I've been working through it though, and I honestly think what I needed most was a little bit of solitude. Which is surprisingly difficult this time of year hahahaha. There's always something going on, people to see, plans to make... and while I absolutely love that, I realised I hadn't really spent any time just being with myself.

On top of that, work has been keeping me really busy, so whenever I did have a little free time, all I wanted was to disconnect from everything for a while and reconnect with myself. Sometimes that's exactly what our brains need, even if we don't realise it straight away.

How have you all been lately? 🤍 I genuinely want to know. Have you been feeling good, or has this week been a bit of a challenge for you too?

Even though I needed a little time to myself... I really missed you guys. 🥹 Coming back to film and chat with you always feels like catching up with friends :(
