Today I tried a deep sports massage and back adjustment to release tight muscles and tension in my upper back and spine.

The therapist worked deep into the muscles, using strong pressure and sports massage techniques to loosen knots and improve mobility. At the beginning there’s also a small back crack / spine adjustment before the deeper massage work begins.
