Hello and welcome to my channel!
As Halloween approaches, many people around the world celebrate with costumes, decorations, and spooky traditions. Here in Finland, however, this season has traditionally been much quieter. On All Saints' Day, many of us visit cemeteries and remember loved ones who have passed away, surrounded by the warm glow of countless candles.
In this whispered ASMR video, I'll tell you about the Finnish tradition of All Saints' Day and share a little about its history and customs. I'll also briefly touch on Halloween, which has become increasingly popular in Finland in recent years, even though I don't personally celebrate it very much myself.
At the end of the video, I'll introduce you to Kekri, an old Finnish harvest celebration that was observed long before All Saints' Day became established in Finland. Interestingly, all of these traditions share certain themes, connecting people to the changing seasons, remembrance, and the cycle of life.
So get comfortable, relax, and enjoy listening. As you may notice, I couldn't stay completely serious throughout the entire video, so hopefully it brings a little smile to your face as well.
Most importantly, remember to take good care of yourself.
If you'd like to support my channel, please consider subscribing, liking the video, and leaving a comment. These simple things help my channel grow and allow me to continue creating new ASMR content for you.
Kind regards,
Tiina
