Today's video is a collaboration with the lovely Kimchi ASMR! We'll be eating a homemade version of Disney World's vegan chocolate chip cookie fries: https://tinyurl.com/ybv9trqr (This is the actual recipe they use at the park!)
As you can see, mine didn't quite look like fries or the recipe photo. I think this is because I used a powdered egg replacement instead of a liquid one. I couldn't source a liquid version so I just went with the powder and hoped that it would work. It did, but I probably should have cut the 'fries' smaller, lol. Anyway, they tasted really good and Mr. Herbivore enjoyed them a lot, too!
