In this video, I give @SemideCoco  a scalp massage followed by a reiki energy healing session. We use crystals such as selenite, rose quartz, clear quartz, and essential oils such as amber and peppermint. We also incorporate breathwork, the Ujjayi breath and tantric visualizing! We had so much fun recording this for you guys and I really hope you enjoy it as well 💛
