ASMR Otoscope & Earpick Ear Exam, but following my Haters' (not so) kind Suggestions

Suggestions on how to improve my ASMR video and audio quality are always welcome, but haters can be very rude. Nevertheless, I decided to collect all their ideas in this ASMR Otoscope & Earpick Ear Exam, according to them and their needs! I decided not to expose them of course, but you'll see what I mean by watching the video and again, as I say in it: they're trying to hurt me, but they turn out to be channel reviewrs, video producers, even managers... and all for free! How could I not take advantage of their services, and create an ASMR Ear Focused medical roleplay out of those!
