If you are new here, "ASMR by Pau Amma Reiki" is a safe space for you to feel at HOME in your body-mind through modalities such as Distance Reiki, Chakra Balancing, ASMR, Sound Healing, and Meditation. My name is Christine {nice to virtually meet you :)}, and I am a certified Usui Ryoho Reiki Master, Crystal Reiki Master, and Animal Reiki Master. I also have a degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, am a Professional Energetic Coach, and love to help others on their own personal journey of Well{NESC} (necessary wellness).

I hope to bring content to this channel that can be for your highest benefit, and I look forward to connecting with you using the Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki). :) __________________________________________________________________________ ***Thank you for coming and visiting with me today Beautiful Soul...I know that it can feel quite isolating during this time, but I am so happy we have each other. :) Now that you are here, I thought we could relax together with a Reiki Session focused on inducing sleep and relaxation using a new modality to our channel--"Light Therapy". I hope you enjoy the Lavender Essential Oil Mist, the Aura Clearing with Selenite, the Finger Fluttering, the Reiki, the Light Therapy and Hypnosis (disclaimer: I am not a trained hypnotist, however, since this is our safe space, I figured we could try some light therapy hypnosis to create some heavy eyelids during this relaxation session--let me know in the comments below if it was of any benefit to you). Feel free to stay as long as you like and take a nap, I will be tucking YOU in at the end with some warm Reiki Blasts, and I will be here all day (seriously). :)
