Hello dream pals near and far, today is…you guessed it: another ASMR “workout”!

This one is a little experimental for me - some physical workouts are formatted as “unilateral”, or, working on only one side of the body before moving onto the other side. I took that concept and tried it in an ASMR format, making sounds heavily focused in one ear before moving onto the other, hopefully with some tingly results! ✨

So, no need to worry too much about the format. Just get comfy, sit back and relax, and let your mind be still as you listen to the various triggers. I really hope you enjoy this one! ⭐️
