ASMR Reiki for Anger/Soft Spoken Reiki Session to Soothe and Calm/Distance Reiki with a Reiki Master

Hello Everybody,

Welcome to my Channel! I hope you're all doing as well as possible. Sending you so much love and support right now. Each and every one of your comments inspires me daily! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Having this place as a sanctuary for support and open communication means the world to me.

This is a video that has been requested many MANY times, and I wanted to dedicate the proper amount of time to it. I know many of you struggle with anger, so I wanted to make sure that you feel supported throughout this session. I am here to hold space for you while you move through this session, and I want you to know that you are beautiful, powerful, strong, and loved in your anger. If we allow ourselves to move, flow, breathe, and listen in our anger we might open ourselves up to lessons about what's beneath it, beyond it. Once we can accept ourselves in those moments it can become easier to invite agency into our actions and behavior.

In addition to the surplus of requests for this video, this is also a topic that has arisen in the collective very often lately as well. I have had a Reiki Session with this theme, spoken with friends about it, and I know when these synchronicities happen it's usually an indication that many more are struggling with it as well.

As always ANY of your requests are so incredibly welcome! I have a list going and am slowly ticking it off, but if you've ever left a request in the comments just know it's on that list :)

It is a wild time right now, and I know some of you want a sense of normalcy within the mayhem. So I will probably be creating a few videos for your individual requests that are unrelated to our current situation. We all have so much going on outside of this whirlwind, and I want to honor all of that as well.

I am here to hold space for you. Just know, whatever you're going through, I am here holding that experience along with you, and sending you so much support as you move through it.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.
