Now i haven't put in the titles no talking as there a brief moment when i instruct her in order to do a couple of stretches....
This is actually how i might work if someone is complaining of pain behind the shoulder blade, if after assessing them i believe its been causing by rounded shoulders i will usually begin with some neck and pec work to release these tight shorter muscles before working the back and shoulders.
