I experienced one of the most unusual and intense therapies I've ever encountered in Thailand, it was originally a Tok Session but it quickly became an ancient abdominal massage known as Chi Nei Tsang.

This traditional therapy focuses on the stomach area and is believed to help with stress, digestion, and deep tension held within the body. What I wasn't expecting was just how painful some parts of the treatment would be.
