Hello my little ones!

Today we are going to spend a little quality time together.. Sit back and relax - I'm here to make all the stress from the week VANISH! Throughout the video I'll guide you through some breathing exercises and some basic meditation methods. We will talk about your "happy place" - feel free to comment below and share what this place looks like!

While we focus on helping you relax, I am going to start brushing your face with my magical calming makeup brush! It's bristles are very soft and they smooth over your skin so gently. Enjoy the visual triggers, as well as the ear to ear whispering (which some soft spoken sprinkled in.. I can't resist!).
