Today's ASMR video will be all about deep ear breathing, whispers & trigger words 🌬 Deep ear breathing is actually one of my favourite triggers because listening to it always helps me relax. It gets me into this meditative state where everything external just disappears. All that's left is peace and quiet. I've also decided to throw in some ear to ear trigger words (e.g stipple, whiskey, coconut, relax, it's okay, go to sleep, skt, tktk etc). These three combinations, i.e deep breathing, whispers, and trigger words, will hopefully get you into a relaxed and calm state. So sit back, relax and enjoy the tingles! ❤️
