1. Write down your thoughts, keep a journal
2. Listen to your fav songs or uplifting playlist and dance
3. Karaoke
4. Go for a walk
5. Workout
6. Talk to a friend, talk about your favorite memories, funniest moments, old pictures
7. Watch your favorite movie/series with your favorite food/snack
8. Cook, bake alone or with a friend/family member
9. Read a book/magazine
10. Clean, Decorate your room/house
