Reality Shifting Hypnosis: Sleep & Shift to Your Desired Reality | Train Method ASMR Soft Spoken

This soft spoken reality shifting hypnosis will help you to fall asleep and shift to your desired reality. I am a trained hypnotherapist and doctor of psychology so this video represents a real hypnotic experience. This ASMR hypnosis uses the Train Method to help you to detach from your current reality and shift your awareness to your desired reality. As this is an ASMR hypnosis it includes multiple ASMR triggers for relaxation which, because of their potential to encourage mindfulness and a deep awareness of the present moment, may support reality shifting. Like any meditative practice, reality shifting is a skill, so you will need to practice it regularly in order to experience the benefits. This hypnosis concludes with a deep sleep induction.
