This is not a typical Reiki video, though I do a little bit of reiki towards the end.

In this one I'm just being real on a rough day, talking about what's on my mind, and just showing you a different (tired!) side of me. And it was kind of a big deal for me to post this kind of video, where I'm not super on top of my game and just very tired. But I felt it was important, authenticity is always what I strive for, so here you go!
