My family joined in and tried some triggers!!! I was so happy this is so wholesome for me 🥹
In this video, there is triggers like camera scratching and tapping, natural short long nails taps and brushing on wood, leafs, grass, shoes, phone case, more... finger flutters, finger snaps, mouth sounds, breathing, soft speaking and whispering in english and in french, tracing branches in the sky, hand movements, touching your face with different nature triggers, finger walking, steps sounds, rocks sounds, fabric triggers, river running sounds, i mixed slow and fast & gentle and bit more aggressive ...
(I looped my aunts tapping bc it was too good but too short imo. I also tried some effects by the lake.)
