ASMR ear eating - intense and aggressive at times - mic tapping and blowing

1 hour 20 to record, 4.5 hours to edit and 3 hours to upload...but I absolutely loved making this for you and could easily have done another hour, with at least one refreshment break for cake, coffee bottom wriggling...and maybe even an outfit change or two. I may have squeezed in a cheeky wink or three, some delightful mic blowing and a M Poppins type nose wiggley wotnot, or maybe it was a wriggle.

To those of you who found me on the community tab and lifted my spirits and smiles...you are simply incredible for being so supportive, understanding and positive. You made a huge difference to my week, thank you. Although I initially took a break to find stillness and to clear out the filing cabinets inside my mind (thanks Sherlock) I actually ended up with an even busier brain for the first 2 days...liken it if you will, to the BT exchange in the 70's...and if you weren't around in the 70's, take one blue tablet and sit on the orange sofa. I can conclude that stillness is not always found within silence, nor is it found in not doing a lot...and there is no right or wrong or quick fix to taming the recesses of my mind. For now, you'll just have to love me the way that I am...which is, all kinds of wonky with a tendency to be terribly cheeky, particularly after cake or before 4pm.
