ASMR Reiki for Going Inward/Beginning Your Spiritual Journey/Soft Spoken Session with a Reiki Master

Hello Everybody,

Welcome to my Channel! I hope you’re all doing as well as you possibly can be. As always, I’m sending you so much love and support. I want to thank you for being here. You bring me so much joy. For this video I wanted to honor a request I’ve had a few times since I started this channel with several different versions of the phrasing. A few of you have asked for a general video on spirituality or tapping into your spiritual self. Others have asked for videos about beginning a mindful practice. And one of you phrased it in a way that really resonated with me, so I decided to call this general video on Spirituality: Going Inward. I think very often we ignore ourselves, our needs, our wants, our truth, because we have been told that to put ourselves first is to embrace selfishness and egocentricity. I think we can release this fear. Looking inward is a beautiful part of becoming more whole. Looking inward allows us to get to know ourselves better, so that we might step into relationships from a more aligned, deliberate, and intentional place. This way we can help others without hurting ourselves, we can think of others without ignoring ourselves, and we can love others without comparing them to ourselves. Without this kind of work, I think selflessness is really not very sustainable, and it can end up causing a lot of resentment to slowly build up in us.

Obviously everyone is different, and if there’s something in this video that doesn’t resonate with you right now, then please try to find something that does :)

I wanted to start with some basic clearing, an introduction to some tools, and to explain how I use them, all in a calming and relaxing manner. This is a Full Reiki Session with the intention of Going Inward, and Embarking on Our Spiritual Journey.

I was thinking of making this into a series, since I could just talk on and on about this subject. If that’s something you’d be interested in, please let me know in the comments down below.

It is a wild time right now, and I know some of you want a sense of normalcy within the mayhem. We all have so much going on outside of this whirlwind, and I want to honor all of that as well.

I am here to hold space for you. Just know, whatever you're going through, I am here holding that experience along with you, and sending you so much support as you move through it.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.
