ASMR - Neck and Shoulder Exam

Welcome back to Quake Clinic! Today we'll be performing a neck and shoulder examination on you to get to the bottom of your recent chronic pain. I'll be softly typing some notes along the way, and we will try and discuss some stretches and lifestyle changes as potential treatment. We will also have a brief neck and shoulder massage so we don't further injure the area.
