Ostrich Egg

For my birthday I ordered an ostrich egg and turned it into a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs and the biggest tamagoyaki roll I could make! This video shows you how I emptied the ostrich egg to preserve the shell and how I made this unique breakfast.
