Fluffy Color therapy 🎨 #asmr #shorts

Color is powerful, and so are these little fluffy balls 🤗
Surrounding ourselves with colors we love, that inspire or emphasize how we want to feel is a lovely way to move out of bad (or worse) moods.
I've been feeling depressed for awhile now. Last year sucked and I'm still trying to look up at the sun and imagine brighter days ahead. Coming back to creating content has been a big part of building my hope.
I love making these videos (and I wish I hadn't fallen away from them for so long), and I hope that you feel warmth and belonging. We belong here together.
There are dark days, but I hope you're here with me. There are little things to look forward to, and somedays that's what keeps me here.
You are loved 💗
