The session kicked off with a heavy back, neck, and shoulder massage using a traditional wooden gua sha tool. The therapist washed my hair with rich shampoos, applied a soothing conditioner, and followed up with a firm hand and arm massage. The combination of the aggressive gua sha work and the gentle scalp treatment creates a heavy physical contrast that forces the brain to shut off for deep sleep. We even did a detailed scalp analysis before and after so I could physically see the clear detox results.
