a meditation for the mind

meditate with this for only 20 minutes and feel your mind return to balance. I wrote this meditation to reset and refocus your thoughts and to help you create order from chaos. in the modern world, it gets increasingly harder to process and sort all the thoughts and emotions running through us and to think clearly... and yet it is so very important that we are able to do so. by taking a moment to reflect on your inner state, you regain the powerful ability to focus on what truly matters to you.
