Holy Wow! I am BLOWN away by you all!! I cannot believe the reaction on my previous video. My first ever video over here, and you were all so wonderful and supportive! I feel incredibly grateful. A few of you came from Lune Innate, which is so humbling and beautiful, some of you came from my other channel (in case you're not one of those it's another ASMR channel where I primarily do fantasy role-plays https://www.youtube.com/asmrwithanna/ ), and a few of you came over from the recommended section of other videos. I am so honored that each and every one of you is here.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome over here. SO many of you shared such beautiful, personal, courage, and inspiring stories in the comments. It was a joy to read each one and to connect with all of you. Thank you for your kindness, support, and trust.

This is a relaxing reiki meditation for self love and personal empowerment. Taking time to honor yourself is a stunning gift. Even the acknowledgement that you are worthy of taking this time, is an enormous act of self love.

Here's a little about me. I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner working out of the Los Angeles/Pasadena area. My life has been very positively impacted by Reiki, and I wanted to share some of this work with you here.

I am incredibly passionate about ASMR. It has helped me so much over the years, and I see over on my other channel, ASMR with Anna, (and now here too) the amount of comfort it provides to people every day. It's incredible. I think the combination of Reiki and ASMR is a very harmonious one, as relaxation plays a huge part in the process.
