Hellooo everyone! I wanted to do something kind of witchy and hypnotic to kick off this spooky season! 👻 I tried something different in this video with some layered echoed inaudible whispers. If you're not a fan of mouth sounds, you might want to skip this one :) usually they aren't my thing but I actually like how it turned out combined with the hand visuals. Let me know what you think! What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.
