long nails tapping and scratching on random objects
my knuckles are bruised from anesthetic injections to remove my infected fingernail (anesthesia didn't work and the entire experience was a mess but I'm recovering well)
sensory & cognitive destimulation (give yourself a meditative moment to slow down for a bit)
