This video is a Reiki distance healing session for any kind of anxiety and sadness related to the holidays.
It's dedicated to those of us who have a hard time during Christmas time because of some kind of dysfunction, codependency, perhaps addiction, abuse and/or some kind of family conflicts or drama.. Christmas is definitely hard for me every year (as I grew up with alcoholism, abuse, codependency, divorce..) and if you are feeling sad, anxious, depressed or just uneasy during this holiday season, then I hope that this video helps you a little and helps you believe that you are not alone.
