It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli. Popular sound triggers include softly spoken or whispering voice, tapping, brushing, and crinkles. Popular visual triggers include hand movements, personal attention, and light. ASMR videos are meant to help you sleep, relax, meditate, focus, and study, and for some people it can temporarily reduce anxiety and PTSD. This is a roleplay video that contains fictional characters and situations.
