( ASMR ( Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) is a term used for a phenomenon experience characterized by a static-like tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the spine and sometimes to the peripheral regions of the body. It is a pleasurable and satisfying feeling that some would call it relaxing. All recorded on my microphone with comforting sounds travelling from ear to ear all purely created to give you brain tingles, relaxation, lower anxiety and help you get to sleep!
