Like many people I've experienced ASMR for as long as I can remember without knowing there was a name for it.
Years ago I discovered ASMR on youtube and since then I have used it almost everyday to help deal with anxiety, stress and trouble sleeping. I hope that my content may be able to help you in the same way that other ASMRtists have helped me.
My favourite triggers are personal attention, follow my instructions, and light triggers, so you can expect to see plenty of those on this channel.
