I encountered ASMR about three years ago as a DV survivor while dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and heartbreak. It was amazing how relaxed I felt within 3 minutes. While I take every day one step at a time, ASMR has made the journey a little easier.
I decided to start making my own ASMR videos, experimenting with sounds that I have found relaxing. I am nowhere near a professional Asmr artist. I hope that it helps you relax just as it has helped me. Thanks for continuing this journey with me
