This whispered ASMR is a lil somethin different from me, it’s a form of positive affirmation in the sense that I’m talking to you about methods that help me to stay centered in a healthy mind state. It’s pretty easy to get burnt out on dealing with other people sometimes, but in that process we can bring ourselves undue harm.
