L' ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) è una risposta sensoriale che provoca piacere fisico e mentale, proveniente in modo soggettivo da determinati suoni, voci o immagini. Non tutte le persone possono definirsi sensibili al fenomeno ASMR: c'è chi riesce comunque a rilassarsi (pur non avvertendo nessuna delle sensazioni di formicolio tipiche di chi risponde a questo stimolo) mentre altri ne sono del tutto "immuni".

Per quanto riguarda me, sono sempre stata stimolata da questa risposta, anche se ho scoperto solo qualche anno fa (grazie a Gentle Whispering) il nome specifico di questa incredibile esperienza. Faccio parte del team Farfalle Nello Stomaco, ed è tutto molto bello!

P.S. Ci tengo a specificare che l'ASMR non ha niente a che vedere con gli stimoli sessuali, anche se alcune persone utilizzano i video ASMR per QUELLA COSA LI' (buon per loro)

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a sensory response which causes both physical and mental pleasure as subjective result of specific sounds, voices or images. Not all people are ASMR sensitive but some of them can feel a relaxing feeling anyway (even if they do not experience the tingling sensation typical of people with sensibility to ASMR) while others are completely "immune".

As for me, I've always been stimulated by this response, even if I discovered just a few years ago (thanks to Gentle Whispering) the specific name of this incredible experience. My team is the "butterflies in the stomach" team and it feels great!

P.S. I want to clarify that ASMR has nothing to do with sexual stimuli, even if some people use ASMR for THAT (good for them)
