Your kids don’t need you to look like a fitness model. They need the version of you with energy left at the end of the day — the one who plays instead of the one face-down on the couch saying “in a minute, buddy.” 😁

And that version isn’t built by some 2-hour gym grind you’ll quit in a week. It’s built by the boring basics:

Train 3-4 times a week.
Walk 8-10k steps a day.
Sleep 7-8 hours on a real schedule.
Stay in a calorie deficit.

That’s a plan that fits around real dad life — not one that competes with it 🤝

Stop putting yourself last on a list that never ends.

Your kids don’t want the dad who keeps saying he’ll get in shape. They want the one who finally did 🫶
