Hello! Tonight I've prepared you a guided body scan meditation ASMR session in soft spoken voice with occasional ear to ear whispering. This is meant to be an eyes closed ASMR with visualizations of the beach. This is a good video to bring awareness to your body sensations, for anxiety relief, and to help you fall deep asleep as I recommend watching to this meditation while laying in bed with your eyes closed.
I've included ocean sounds in the first version, and voice only in the second.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
