In this "Tension Relief Treatment ASMRreiki" my focus for you is to guide your mind and body with ease through calming and relaxing techniques. I use lots of flowing hand movements to help you feel the energy move through your body. I also use a rare stone, the blue opal, to assist me in creating a very calming setting. In this "Tension Relief Treatment ASMRreiki" I wanted to also incorporate brushing sounds, gentle tapping, a spray bottle, and some soothing Karuna tones to help you relax deeper into the healing treatment.
