Tonight I'll be bringing you a relaxing, casual & slow follow my instructions video. In it, we'll be going through some simple instructional triggers like "blink" when I say and sharp vs soft. This asmr is very casual so feel free to follow along or just close your eyes & enjoy.
There are lots of relaxing triggers in this video, which include: whispering, soothing hand movements, light triggers, sharp vs soft, and rain ambience.
Rest well!
