So this video is abit different!
Felt like it was really necessary to discuss mental wellbeing and the difficulties that surround us in the current climate.
I wanted to be honest about my struggles & create conversation around how we can help support one another.
Some suggestions around how to help stress & anxiety are:
💚 Write down 5 things you're thankful for everyday, no matter how small!
💚 Diaphragmatic breathing, so many benefits, please have a read online!
💚 Aromatherapy oils, Frankincense & Clary Sage are my favs!
💚 Take a bath, carve out some time just for you every night to unwind. I adore Molten Brown Blissful Templetree with Epsom salts (heaven)
💚Get some fresh air! Have a walk, reconnect with nature, what can you hear/smell?
💚 Escape with a good book!
💚Boost those feel good hormones with exercise!
💚 Practice mindfulness with meditation apps such as Headspace or Calm available on the Google Play Store
