I omitted the nuts, raisins and coconut and just doubled the choc chips instead. For the choc chips I chopped blocks of vegan white, milk and dark chocolate (Sweet Williams brand for the milk and white, Aldi brand for the dark).
*Chocolate Pie*
This is the same pie I ate in this video: https://youtu.be/lsI46lPz2fg
It's actually called a vegan chocolate cheesecake and you can get it from the refrigerated bakery section at Woolworths. I added some chocolate coconut cream** to the top.
*Chocolate Cake*
This is the same bundt cake I ate in this video: https://youtu.be/rq_t8rfZ7ow
*Hazelnut Chocolate Bar*
This is the Vego brand vegan chocolate hazelnut bar - AKA the best vegan chocolate in the world. AKA my one true love. Purchased from The Cruelty Free Shop.
**Chocolate coconut cream – from this recipe (just mix with cocoa powder): http://www.edibleperspective.com/home/2015/2/13/cake-batter-chia-pudding.html
