Lens licking ASMR channels 58Lens licking ASMR is a visual trigger as much as a sound one. The creator licks the camera lens, so the screen fills with blurred, glossy colour, and the mic picks up a wet, squeaky sound at close range. Many videos keep the lens in tight frame, while others pull back to show the mouth and the set-up around it.
Viewers who enjoy it are usually drawn to close visuals and close sound together, which makes the trigger hard to separate from the picture. Audio-only playback loses much of what makes these videos work, so this is a trigger to explore with the screen on. It shares sound with ear licking and mouth sounds, but here the camera work is part of the trigger.
