Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a colloquial term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
Many people use ASMR videos to help their depression, anxiety, insomnia, and numerous other issues. It helps people sleep, and to just relax after a long day with the enjoyable tingles.
I have been using ASMR for several years to help my anxiety, and decided to start my own channel to give back to the community and hopefully help my social anxiety a little bit by putting myself out there.

So, hopefully, enjoy and relax! :)
