With the full moon energy already hitting I decided to do a full body yoga nidra style relaxation. This is my own variation on a yogic practice of meditation where we aim to drop down into slower brain waves and reach a deep state of consciousness that is neither awake or asleep 🕯
You can feel free to close your eyes. In the traditional method we stay awake and experience a deeper state of being but it’s my opinion that if you fall asleep your body needs that rest so honor it ✨
