Recipe for Meatless Patty:
* flaxseeds
* oats
* parmesano reggiano
* spices like cracked black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika ANY really
* few splashes of water
* some type of fat (oil, grass fed butter) to cook with
* avocado/ guac
* onion/ scallion
* tomato
* egg
(I eyeball the amount.)
Blend/grind the flaxseeds and oats into a fine powder. Add in finely shaved parm and seasonings. Stir the dry ingredients together with a few splashes of water until you form a thick paste. Heat a pan with your fat of choice, form patties in the pan, and brown both sides.
*****It might be easier to form patties in your hand with dusted flour and breadcrumbs .... ? I just made this for the first time LOL!!! OK ENJOY!!!
