ASMR belly rubbing and scratching with sloppy sleeves and a ticking clock - lo-fi

this is as lo-fi as you can get...with crap lighting, a noisy fridge and a clock. However, I absolutely adore these kind of sounds because they are so 'in the moment,' basic, raw and earthy. I appreciate that this is only very short but I have been so busy clearing almost 2 tonnes of earth and gravel from the recent flooding...so I'm saving myself for tomorrow and the next day.
