Fun Fact: Lily is on a Discord call with me during the entire stream to remind me if I miss anything or for urgent notifications. Additionally, here's a list of things Lily_Sandy does for my BowmanDean channel: conducts a pre-stream brief with me and a post-stream debrief to assess analytics and select a vod thumnail, regulates the Discord, regulates chat content and bot commands as per my guidance; welcomes chatters; thanks followers; thanks subs, cheers and donos; issues shoutouts for streamers only upon hearing a specific phrase to ensure high effectiveness that encourages maximum followership; maintains a shared document that tracks who we raid, who raids us, and by how many; maintains a shared document of trigger menu items; maintains two Google Forms, one for anonymous feedback and one for Dream Analysis submissions; during Dream Analysis, she manages the workflow of submissions and posts each dream in the stream chat for me and the audience to read, but also in Discord channel, THEN also adds the stream time stamp of when I talk about that dream, so the viewer can watch the analysis during the vod; whenever a chatter says something nice to me or about me, she copies and pastes each one into a Discord channel called "testimonials;" so people can see what viewers are saying about the show. She advises me on a regular basis and is instrumental in overall channel development. My channel's success would not have been nearly as great, nor as fast, without Lily.
